Recipient Experience
Thanks to our extensive experience in the industry, we know exactly how important the recipient experience is for all parties involved. The recipients’ expectations are constantly growing and we wanted to make sure our customers would be able to keep meeting them. So, that has been one of our main focuses when developing Glow.
Planner & Control
Our Planner and Control module helps you optimize and monitor your deliveries. Equipped with automatic route planning and instant dispatching tools, it helps you plan the most efficient routes possible. You can even tailor the auto-routing function to your business’ specific needs or KPIs related to, for example, speed and service time, vehicle capacity, and the duration of pickups and deliveries.
Driver App
Drivers love our app. It makes their day-to-day work a lot easier, and it’s user-friendly, making onboarding easy, too. The app provides the driver with the route of the day and can then be used to scan packages, perform pickups and deliveries, and register deviations and damages.
Customer Portal
Our Customer Portal offers your customers a range of self-service features, from web booking and shipment search, to real-time tracking and brand visualization. And the best part? The portal is fully customizable. Choose a set of features you want to offer your clients, or give them access to the full portal – it’s all up to you!
Pricing Engine
Use the Pricing Engine to manage the pricing of your shipments. The Pricing Engine enables the users to automatically create unique prices on each order, with an advanced selection of pricing options. Additionally, the Pricing Engine can be used to calculate the earnings for drivers based on either a fixed provision or deduction, or your own fee system.
Branded Deliveries
Enhance your delivery experience with Branded Deliveries. Our branding feature available in Customer Portal, empowers you to customize branding elements, transforming the way your customers perceive your business. Stand out from the competition and own the entire journey from start to finish.
